My delivery options available in my shop:

• Tracked Mail (Govt. Postal): Trackable packages for customers to track. Door-to-door delivery by post. Order will likely go through the customer's government postal.
• Express Mail: Trackable packages with door-to-door delivery via post. Express mail is faster, safer, and prioritized for quicker shipment by Seller (me!). Orders are typically processed through the customer's national postal service.

Customers are informed before purchase about which courier may handle their order, including which postal service to contact if tracking stops updating or if there are issues with an unreliable postal systems.

GROUP ORDERS

Group orders are welcomed and we're happy to support you! 🎉 A group order is when multiple people combine their purchases into one order to save on shipping. Instead of each person placing their own order. This allows the group to save on shipping costs because the items are shipped together to one address.

How does it work? To place a group order, simply gather a few people, coordinate the items and payments, and have one person (the organizer) place the order. Once it arrives, the organizer will distribute the items to everyone.

Feel free to combine your order with trusted friends or family to save on shipping! You can also suggest to a trusted Group Order Manager to host a group order for my shop!

♡ Who's your supplier/s? Where do you get your products made?

Most of my products are manufactured by small local suppliers here in the Philippines #SupportLocal.

The rest are either handmade by me or produced through Alibaba. I do not disclose supplier details.

♡ Can I resell your products/art works?

To resell my official merchandise, it is important to note that it should be presented as a preloved item. Preloved items are those that were originally purchased directly from me but are no longer wanted by the original owner. Ensure that you resell it at a price equal to or lower than the one you initially purchased it for.

However, engaging in unauthorized resale, theft of my designs, or selling them on any other store is strictly prohibited. I will take legal actions.
