• We can only accept these payment methods due to Stripe not being available in the Philippines.
  Bank, Credit, and Debit payments are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in fraudulent cancellations and chargebacks, we no longer allow cancellations for individual items. Instead, we offer a full order refund. Please minimize refund requests for mistakes, as excessive requests complicate our operations with PayPal. Double-check your cart before completing your order.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL

No refunds are issued after purchase. All sales are final.

Processing Time

• All orders comes with a trackable package number.
• Orders are shipped in batches according to a designated timeframe provided, which is publicly available on our website and announced on our social media platforms.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Orders are shipped in batches based on a set schedule that can be found in the "IMPORTANT" section near the footer of this website. Items will ship within the designated timeframe. Requests for expedited shipping outside this schedule will not be accommodated and may result in being blacklisted.
• EU VAT Rules: As the Philippines does not meet the EU’s VAT requirements, VAT is not applicable. However, customs fees may still apply, including for orders shipped to the UK. Customers are responsible for any taxes or fees.
• For UK customers, EORI number required. France, Brazil, Jordan, Mexico, Chile, Argentina: TAX ID number required. Orders are canceled if not provided ⚠️

Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address, please email us immediately with your order number, name, and correct address. Lost orders due to customer error will incur a reshipping fee. If your order has already shipped, please contact the postal service with your tracking number to arrange delivery. We cannot update your address once the order is shipped. Please double-check your address before checkout.

Customers are informed before purchase about which courier may handle their order, including which postal service to contact if tracking stops updating or if there are issues with an unreliable postal systems.

Tracking Not Moving/Delayed

If your tracking information isn’t updating or is delayed:

• Please check in and contact your local post office in case they have your order/package.
• Please contact USPS or your designated country customs if there are any updates on your package.
  Give them the tracking number for your order for reference
• Once your order has left Philippines and has arrived at your country's customs I am unable to do anything, they will not answer my inquiries.
  So it's best if you would be the one to contact them about your order/package

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take quality very seriously, and would only want a wonderful experience for my customers! Items are inspected and doubled checked before they are shipped out to their new homes. However, we understand some could slip past us. Sadly we have no control over the packages once they are handed over to the postal system. If you experience any issues:

• Check if your neighbors / concierge / family member accepted the package on your behalf
• Packages may be held up at your local post office
• Packages may be held up at your local customs border
• Contact your local post office to help you locate it
